Review knowledge updates in chat
If Aubrey proposes a knowledge update from the group conversation, it can send a numbered review message in that same chat. Reply with the item number you want to review, such as:approve 1edit 1: Juniper pickup is on Thursdayreject 1
edit 1: Juniper pickup is on Thursday, Aubrey should update that item and replace the older detail more reliably.
If your reply is vague, such as “looks good”, Aubrey may ask a follow-up instead of guessing.
If your message is not clearly a review reply, Aubrey should treat it as a normal new message.
Tips
Tell people in the group to address Aubrey directly. For example, sayAubrey, add this to the checklist instead of relying on general group chatter.
If a group member asks for something Aubrey cannot access yet, the owner should update that group’s access settings in Channels.
