Product updates
Follow Aubrey product updates here.If a failed or canceled run ends without an answer, Aubrey no longer carries that abandoned request into later replies. Use Retry run when you want Aubrey to try the same request again. Background knowledge processing, connected-account refresh, and WhatsApp reply delivery are also more reliable under load.
Approved connected apps can now ask for a bearer token in the agent’s Tools tab when that provider does not use a sign-in flow. The token stays in the secure connection form, not chat. For an existing bearer-token connection, Refresh can check for newly approved actions without asking for the token again unless the refresh cannot be completed.Channels now distinguishes a paired messaging account from whether the selected agent is linked or active in that direct chat. Connected groups also remain visible from the agents linked to them, making it clearer which agent will answer. The new Deadline and form sweep recipe checks the Aubrey inbox on weekday mornings, lists dated obligations, and can propose calendar time blocks early enough to act. Aubrey still provides the full checklist, and each proposed calendar entry waits for the owner’s approval.
WhatsApp group setup commands blocked by a plan or billing status now get a clearer response. Aubrey marks the message as read and points the account owner to Billing, so a plan limit no longer looks like a lost message.Scheduled task instructions are now kept out of knowledge review. Reminders and recurring prompts should no longer appear as proposed knowledge, while real facts supported by other sources can still be reviewed.
If Aubrey needs a fresh sign-in during device unlock or authenticator app setup, it now gives a clearer next step. Aubrey shows Sign in again to set up security so you can restart sign-in and get back to the original setup flow more reliably.Direct WhatsApp pairing is also back on the usual Channels flow. In chat-based knowledge reviews, a clear
edit 1: correction should now replace the older detail more reliably instead of leaving both versions side by side. When Aubrey proposes knowledge updates in WhatsApp or Telegram, you can now review them more reliably in that same chat with replies like approve 1, edit 1:, or reject 1.Aubrey is also better at keeping knowledge review replies separate from normal conversation. If a reply is vague, Aubrey should ask a follow-up instead of guessing. If a message is just ordinary chat, Aubrey should continue the conversation normally. When a knowledge update is still waiting for review, Aubrey should now say that it is queued for review instead of implying that it was already saved.
Airtable and Notion requests now stay tied to the app you asked for more reliably. If Aubrey needs fresh approval for a previously connected app, it shows Reconnect and asks you to finish that step before continuing.Connection, file-selection, and upgrade cards are also clearer in chat. If you send a different message instead of finishing one of those cards, Aubrey treats that as a new request and you can return to the latest card later.Shared billing pools now give billing owners clearer controls to invite another workspace, revoke a pending invite, remove a workspace, and manage plan changes for the whole pool. Other members can still view shared usage, but they may see Owner required when only the billing owner can change the plan.
Aubrey v1 brings the core personal AI agent experience together: setup from the web, chat, email forwarding, managed calendar, reminders, sharing, and practical workflows for everyday life.
