Aubrey can use approved connected apps when they are available for your account.

Connect or reconnect

  1. Open the agent workspace.
  2. Open Tools.
  3. In Connections, find the app you want to use.
  4. Choose Connect or Reconnect.
  5. Complete the sign-in flow, or enter the app’s bearer token in the secure Tools form when Aubrey asks for one.
Some providers, such as CAISbook when it is available for your workspace, use a bearer token instead of a sign-in window. Enter that token only in Tools, never in chat or a messaging channel. If a connected bearer-token app adds newly approved actions, choose Refresh. Aubrey tries the stored connection first. Enter the token again only if the refresh cannot finish and the secure form appears. If you see Upgrade, open Settings -> Billing and choose a plan that includes that app. If you see Admin setup needed, that app is not available for your workspace yet.

Continue from chat

If Aubrey asks for an app connection during a request, use the connection card in chat. For a bearer-token app, the card opens Tools and focuses the secure token form. After you connect the app, return to the request and continue. If you send a different message instead of finishing the connection card, Aubrey stops waiting on that earlier app setup and treats the new message as a new request. Open the latest card when you are ready to continue.

Use in a shared group

For Telegram or WhatsApp groups, the owner must enable Connected app actions in Channels before group participants can use Airtable, Notion, or another approved app through Aubrey. If Aubrey shows Reconnect for a previously connected app, finish that reconnect step for the same app you asked to use. Aubrey should not switch you to a different app just because one needs attention.
