Open Settings to manage your account, billing, account protection, and optional quality data preferences.

Account

Use Account to update your sign-in email or change your password. If Aubrey needs email verification after an account change, it sends you to the email verification screen. Use Manage account protection if you want stronger sign-in protection. You can add device unlock with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN, or set up an authenticator app instead. If Aubrey asks you to sign out before using device unlock, sign out and then use Use device unlock from the login page. If Aubrey keeps you on the account protection page and shows Sign in again to set up security, use that button first. Then continue device unlock or authenticator app setup.

Billing

Use Billing to view:
  • Current plan
  • Billing status
  • Remaining credits
  • Used credits
  • Included credits
  • Max agents
  • Workspaces
  • Enabled channels
  • Hosted integrations
  • Max document upload size
  • Trial end or current period end, when available
New accounts may start on a no-card trial of a paid plan. The trial plan and trial length can change, so use Billing to see what is included for your account. If the trial ends before you upgrade, Aubrey moves the account to the Free plan. Paid channels and integrations are paused, but existing connections are preserved so you can reactivate them after upgrading. Aubrey emails the account owner and can also notify connected messaging channels, such as WhatsApp or Telegram, when paid channel access is paused. Use Choose plan to start checkout for an available plan. Use Manage billing when billing management is available for your account. If Billing shows Shared billing pool, credits and plan changes apply to every workspace in that pool. The billing owner can invite another workspace from Billing. Members can view the shared usage, but plan buttons can show Owner required because only the billing owner can change the plan. Use Leave billing account if your workspace should go back to its own billing.

Quality

Use Quality to manage optional quality data preferences:
  • Allow redacted transcript capture
  • Allow approved fine-tuning exports
These settings are optional and can be changed later.
