Aubrey v1 is live

Aubrey v1 brings the core personal AI agent experience together: setup from the web, chat, email forwarding, managed calendar, reminders, sharing, and practical workflows for everyday life.

What’s included

Create your first agent

Set up Aubrey from the web. During onboarding, Aubrey asks for your name, location, email and calendar preference, and first task. You can start with built-in Aubrey tools on every plan, or connect Google Workspace after upgrading to a paid plan.

Chat with Aubrey

Use the agent workspace to ask for plans, drafts, summaries, decisions, and next steps. You can also attach files when file upload is available for the agent. Starter cards and recipe suggestions help you choose what to ask next.

Use built-in models

Aubrey includes the AI help you need to get started, so you do not need to bring a separate AI subscription or choose between AI services before asking for help.

Use Aubrey email

Each agent can have an Aubrey email address. You can:
  • Forward mail to store it.
  • Email Aubrey directly when you want a reply.
  • Cc Aubrey with an explicit request when you want Aubrey to collaborate in a thread.
For most inboxes, start by forwarding selected emails with rules or filters instead of forwarding every message.

Use calendar and reminders

Aubrey includes a managed calendar and calendar feed links. Use it for reminders, appointments, holds, check-ins, and follow-ups.

Schedule recurring help

Ask Aubrey to check in on a schedule, such as a weekday family email summary, a Sunday planning brief, or an activity logistics reminder.

Share an agent

Invite another person to the same agent. Shared agents help families, friends, or teammates coordinate around the same plans, messages, reminders, lists, and decisions.

Connect messaging channels

Pair supported messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, text message, and email when available for your plan. Use channels when you want to chat with Aubrey outside the web app or coordinate in a group.

Connect Google Workspace on paid plans

Paid plans can connect Google Workspace for Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and selected files. You stay in control of what you connect and what files you select. If a Google file is not available yet, Aubrey can ask you to select it with Google Picker before continuing.
