<Update label="July 20, 2026" description="Security setup and WhatsApp pairing are smoother" tags={["Account", "Messaging", "Knowledge"]}>
  If Aubrey needs a fresh sign-in during device unlock or authenticator app setup, it now gives a clearer next step. Aubrey shows **Sign in again to set up security** so you can restart sign-in and get back to the original setup flow more reliably.

  Direct WhatsApp pairing is also back on the usual **Channels** flow. In chat-based knowledge reviews, a clear `edit 1:` correction should now replace the older detail more reliably instead of leaving both versions side by side.

<Update label="July 13, 2026" description="Knowledge review replies are clearer in chat" tags={["Knowledge", "Messaging"]}>
  When Aubrey proposes knowledge updates in WhatsApp or Telegram, you can now review them more reliably in that same chat with replies like **approve 1**, **edit 1:**, or **reject 1**.

  Aubrey is also better at keeping knowledge review replies separate from normal conversation. If a reply is vague, Aubrey should ask a follow-up instead of guessing. If a message is just ordinary chat, Aubrey should continue the conversation normally.

  When a knowledge update is still waiting for review, Aubrey should now say that it is queued for review instead of implying that it was already saved.
</Update>

<Update label="June 14, 2026" description="Connected app reconnects and shared billing controls" tags={["Integrations", "Billing", "Chat"]}>
  Airtable and Notion requests now stay tied to the app you asked for more reliably. If Aubrey needs fresh approval for a previously connected app, it shows **Reconnect** and asks you to finish that step before continuing.

  Connection, file-selection, and upgrade cards are also clearer in chat. If you send a different message instead of finishing one of those cards, Aubrey treats that as a new request and you can return to the latest card later.

  Shared billing pools now give billing owners clearer controls to invite another workspace, revoke a pending invite, remove a workspace, and manage plan changes for the whole pool. Other members can still view shared usage, but they may see **Owner required** when only the billing owner can change the plan.

<Update label="June 2026" description="Aubrey v1 is live" tags={["Launch", "Sharing", "Integrations", "Billing"]}>
  Aubrey v1 brings the core personal AI agent experience together: setup from the web, chat, email forwarding, managed calendar, reminders, sharing, and practical workflows for everyday life.

  ## Getting started and chat

  You can now set up Aubrey from the web, create your first agent, and start using built-in AI help without bringing a separate AI subscription.

  Starter cards and recipe suggestions make it easier to decide what to ask next. When file upload is available for an agent, you can also attach files in chat.

  ## Email, calendar, and recurring help

  Each agent can have an Aubrey email address so you can forward selected emails, email Aubrey directly, or cc Aubrey into a thread with a clear request.

  Aubrey also includes a managed calendar with feed links, reminders, appointments, holds, check-ins, and follow-ups. You can ask Aubrey to help on a schedule, such as a weekday family summary or a Sunday planning brief.

  ## Sharing, channels, and connected apps

  Shared agents let multiple people coordinate around the same plans, reminders, messages, and decisions.

  Supported channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, text message, and email can be used when available for your plan, including group coordination flows.

  Group owners can now allow more precise channel access for selected Google Docs, selected Google Sheets, connected app actions, owner Gmail, and owner Google Calendar through Channel Context.

  Paid plans can connect Google Workspace for Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and selected files. If a file is not connected yet, Aubrey can prompt you to choose it with Google Picker.

  Approved connected apps can also use Airtable or Notion through the agent's **Tools** tab when a request needs one of those apps.

  Tenant library skills can now create shared skill links so other Aubrey users can preview or install a skill.

  ## Billing, account, and workspace improvements

  Archived agents can now free a slot immediately and stay restorable for 30 days before permanent deletion.

  Billing now explains no-card trial downgrades more clearly, supports shared billing pools, and shows when an owner needs to handle plan changes.

  Account protection settings also give clearer paths for device unlock and authenticator app setup.
